Create, download, schedule, and restore backups in our Pterodactyl panel with the Arix Theme.
Open the correct server
Sign in to the Konnect Hosting game panel and select the server you want to protect. The dashboard confirms the game, status, uptime, hostname, allocation, node, and server identifier before you make changes.

Create a manual backup
Open Backups from the server management navigation. Stop the server first when backing up an active world or database, select Create Backup, enter a recognizable name, and optionally lock the backup so it cannot be deleted accidentally.

- Stop the server and wait until its status is Offline.
- Open Backups and choose Create Backup.
- Use a name that includes the date and reason for the backup.
- Wait until the backup reports completion before starting the server.
Restore or download safely
Use the three-dot action menu beside a completed backup to download, lock, restore, or delete it. Restoring replaces current server files, so download a copy of anything you may need and keep the server stopped until restoration completes.
- Stop the server.
- Choose Restore on the intended backup and confirm the destructive warning.
- Wait for the restore task to finish.
- Start the server and watch Console for startup or world-loading errors.
Automate backups with Schedules
Open Schedules, create a schedule using the displayed server timezone, and add a Create backup task. Space recurring backups far enough apart for each one to finish, and review retention because backup slots and storage are finite.

Review the schedule tasks
Open Manage schedule to verify the cron timing and every task in execution order. Power actions such as restart and backup tasks should be separated with enough delay for shutdown and disk activity to complete.
