Tour the Pterodactyl panel, Arix Theme, Arix Addons, server controls, files, backups, and Minecraft tools.
What powers the panel
Konnect Hosting uses Pterodactyl for secure server lifecycle and file management, styled with the Arix Theme. Arix Addons adds game-aware pages—especially for Minecraft—without replacing the standard Pterodactyl Console, Files, Databases, Schedules, Users, Backups, Network, and Settings tools.
Choose and open a server
Select Manage server from the account view to open its dashboard. The dashboard confirms server status, uptime, hostname, IP allocation, node, and identifier; the left navigation then exposes that server’s management pages.

Console and power controls
Console is the first place to diagnose a server. It streams startup and runtime output and accepts supported commands. Use Start, Restart, and Stop from the server dashboard; reserve Kill for a frozen process because it does not allow the game to save cleanly.
- Open the server and select Console.
- Start the server and read from the first warning or error, not only the last line.
- Enter game commands without a leading slash unless that game requires one.
- Use Stop and wait for Offline before editing live world or database files.
Review the Activity log
Activity records important account and server events with the responsible user, IP address, and timestamp. Use it after permission, backup, schedule, database, or file changes to verify what happened and provide useful context to support.

Core Pterodactyl tools
Files edits and uploads server data; Databases manages provisioned databases; Schedules automates commands, power actions, and backups; Users grants limited subuser access; Backups creates restore points; Network lists allocations and ports; Settings contains the SFTP address, server identifier, reinstall action, and rename controls.

Databases for plugins and applications
Open Databases to review provisioned database names, usernames, endpoints, and credential controls. Never place database credentials in public messages or screenshots, and remove databases only after confirming the application no longer relies on them.

Minecraft tools from Arix Addons
Minecraft servers gain a dedicated navigation group for Versions, Modpacks, Plugins, Mods, Worlds, and Properties. These pages offer guided browsing and configuration while Console, Files, Backups, and Schedules remain available for advanced administration.
